You may want to reconsider the ramifications of this...
Once they receive a put notice they may purchase the shares at around 91% of market and they may short those shares as I understand it.
Think about what this actually does to the market...

This may help the company as stock sales normally do, but I do not believe it very favorable for the investor.

Short sales
