You may want to reconsider the ramifications of this... Once they receive a put notice they may purchase the shares at around 91% of market and they may short those shares as I understand it. Think about what this actually does to the market... This may help the company as stock sales normally do, but I do not believe it very favorable for the investor. Short sales Swartz and its affiliates are prohibited from engaging in short sales of our common stock unless they have received a put notice and the amount of shares involved in a short sale does not exceed the number of shares specified in the put notice.
