ColleenB, you needn't worry that he will come up with anything. He much prefers the blustering about to the production of the goods. It looks like you are probably right that Webwyz belongs to Bill Black and probably his buddy David C. Price from his prior venture Plugnpay.com. We could well be dealing with another rental situation like they did with NHLT so they could put out that press release and say that they were doing the marketing and management there - all the while leaving off any mention that it was for a period of 1 month. I think these kinds of disclosures are what they seek to avoid with the publication of any audited financials.
