The air is coming out of the internet balloon as margin calls are forcing panic selling...

Using AOL as an example, the 87.00 area sits on the 200 day MA... If that doesn't hold, the next area of support is 67.00...

Most internet stocks are currently testing their 200 da MA support areas... CMGI has already broken through it to the downside...

Early in the century there were 100 car companies, now we just have two in the U.S.... In the early 1980's there were dozens of computer companies, now we just have a handful... The law of the Jungle is alive and well, and applies to internet companies as well... Many will either be consolidated into larger companies or just fade away... I expect AOL to be one of the survivors...
