Well at the end of the day, the only thing that matters is execution. My only question is, is our company ready to execute? Can our internet backbone handle the kind of volume you list? Is it robust? Are accounting processes in place to properly account for each kind of transaction? Is our fulfillment house issues resolved? IS our Teleservices staff fully trained to answer all questions in a timely manner? Can anyone can shed light on our execution abilities? Thanks, Marc

As the company stated, they had no choice but to accept a floorless convertible debenture as their financing resource.Since that time, the company has had a division bankruptcy,2 reorganizations,one name change,a number of key personnel separations,a near doubling of outstanding shares, the stock price has plummeted and revenues continue to be minimal. The company has also stated a need for additional financing, why do you think the company could now get additional financing on more favorable terms and not be forced to continue drawdown on the $10mm PP?..DD
