Good. thank you. I knew about this Private Placement. but if that PP had been after May I would have been steaming about it. Many investors who went to NYC told Mr Schmitz that if any more PP were to be done the current shareholders would want to be given the opportunity to participate in it. I have a strong believe that when a company is moving forward and need money to do this it should be there current shareholders that should be asked first. I know this is a harder PP for a company to do but I think it is a change for shareholders to benefit.
