So Barbara, you knew all about this PP and told no one?

This was a pretty sweet PP too. 100M shares of a stock at $.01 that even now is trading at $.06 and has been as high as $.22 since.

Just who are the 2 lucky shareholders that bought the 53M shares for just a penny a share? They are NY residents, but that is all I can find in the documents.

I knew about this Private Placement

So kind of you to have shared this with all PABN investors. So, you knew that the AUTHORIZED share count was nearly 2BILLION and you never said a word to all those investors who bought this stock at 16, 18 and 20 cents? You kept quiet when they were told over and over that the Authorized was 1.1Billion and that the O/S count was 820Million instead of the 880Million?
