Scoob-does this offer have any impact on shareholders who own restricted stock,such as Lord Ernie,myself,and I believe Dai,Fli,and others that I can't remember?It's sounds like a pretty impressive offer.Of course,much of it is tied to the future of BETT(which I hope is rewarding to all of us).Very interesting move,and it should encourage holders to ask for and receive their certificates.If the process works,this should also discourage a lot of shorting in the stock,and create a more definitive and chartable trading float.I like that.That has certainly been murky lately.Go BETT! BY the way,I believe I already have an option to purchase up to 50,000 more shares at .56 cents before Dec.99'.Lord Ernie-correct me if I 'm wrong concerning our option there(or anyone else with our restricted stock at .56). Before I forget,please let me say "Happy Father's Day" to all the Dad's here.That reminds me,I better get going and call my Dad. Happy Returns- stevek.

Hi Scoobey, Not a good idea. READ this post earlier. Please tell me how the company can pay a dividend when there looking for money to go to the next level. This is starting to look like that there bribing folks to buy the stock. Seriously erodes shareholder confidence and that include me. If he thinks that this is going to move the stock he is mistaken. This will drive it down. Tell him to get off this band wagon. Tell him to do what he preaches. FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS. Tell TOM that this is a bad idea. Also tell him that it is a bad idea to discount stock. This is dilution in a round about way. If Tom is telling you to post this on the open thread then I feel I can make an open post. This is BAD, BAD, BAD. This proves my point on previous posts. Tell TOM TO HOLD IT. DON'T DO IT. THIS WILL PUT US ALL IN JEPORDY. I've been there and I don't want to go there again.
