I'm not at all saying that the stock price is justified. I think it will continue to trade on wild expectations rather than the risk v. reward of most stocks. But I think this particular move was a good one. I continue to expect the Internut stocks to trade down lower after a short-term rally - after the first part of July.

HJ, Cnn-fortune did an entire show on homegrocer today. I thought I could find an associated article on the cnn website so I didn't write anything down... now of course I can't find the piece. However, they did mention that Homegrocer has 10,000 customers in the Seattle site alone, and they are not a discounter... however the direct relationship with suppliers means homegrocer is competitive to the consumer. The $10. delivery fee is waived for $75. orders. The people profiled that use homegrocer are exactly who I expected... not people like me, but instead busy moms with small children. One woman was an actress and another stay at home mom... so no yuppies, or maybe they don't have those in Seattle. <vbg> Also they commented on how this service bears no resemblance to the milkman 30 years ago.
