Re: my "accredited investor" question, the definition is in the document I have, just like the one on Geocites. My concern with accuracy was focused on the information on the form provided by the filer. Excerpts of federal regulations were skimmed, and I made sure the pages were in order and that there were no gaps. I don't know about your screen, but when I bring up the geocites info it covers a screen and a half and is very difficult to read. And while I appreciate the transcription that subsequently appeared I was not going to rely on it for purposes of comparison. When Wireless answered my question I PMed him with a "Thank You" and "Duh...!" Like, of course, I ready that somewhere, DUH. I was not reading the regulatory excerpts for comprehension. I'm glad you are getting your own copy. The more I look at mine the more questions I have. Whoever typed it even misspelled the city, it's Hauppauge, not Hauppauga. But at least they were consistent.
