Indeed Barbara does not confirm the authenticity of the documents at the Geocities site. She does however confirm that the company made such a filing and that it was therefore not placed with the SEC without the company's knowledge. We have PatP however noting that the pages posted are apparently accurate. I note for the record however that Barbara did not bring this filing to the attention of the thread. It was instead a poster on Regurgitated Bull that posted an email from the SEC indicating that such a filing had been made.
