jhild. PatP may well be a very nice person. That does not mean that PatP has any concrete knowledge or proof of the documents authenticity. So, we are back to square one. When information comes from the company (PABN) that authenticates the document or much more likely refutes the document we will have our authoritive answer. Observer

I never said anything about what Forms the company has or must file. I wouldn't even know this. I don't know what a Form D is and have never seen one before. Not even sure I'm seeing one now. I have been over to SEC. And tried to find a blank Form D. Can't seem to find it. Have you seen a blank form D? What I did state and you can attribute this to me. Was I was told by the company that their was a PP done(no date as to when)and that it was with restricted shares. This statement was not made JUST TO ME it was made to a group of people. You made a statement that I made some kind of revelation. this topic has been discussed before. It may be a revelation to you but it isn't to shareholders of the company. And I get grief for my spelling!!!LOL I have to say something here. If the SEC took this form and didn't question it. Shame on them. With all the blanks in here I would think they would have kicked it right back to the company If indeed the company filed this. IF THE COMPANY DID FILE THIS PIECE OF CRAP shame on them. and who ever the lawyer was that filled this out , Shame on him also. He needs to learn how to fill out a form.
