I just called Disclosure (1-800-638-8241, Peter) and asked him to double check everything PABN has filed. There is only one document on file (the one that I have that matches the one on Geocites). So, where is PABN's SEC form D if this isn't it? Barbara says they filed one. It is apparently not with the SEC, or is it? PatP

Purported by whom? I only take at face value what is posted at the site. geocities.com The site purports that these images are PABN/PRWT's Form D filed last March. For someone about to be spearheading a class action suit against the company, I would think that you would be a little more interested in building bridges to those of us that can help you with your suit with the volumes of research materials that have been collected.
