Hey wait a minute. I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT SOMEONE FILLING A FORM D. I didn't even know what a form D was till one showed up on the bogus geocity site. I said I was told about a PP what forms etc have to be sent to SEC I know nothing about. Don't put words in my mouth.

PatP, thanks for your work. I will be contacting Disclosure myself as well as the company. I'm on the road again today so cannot post much, but I am working on getting to the bottom of this. The person at disclosure may have considered the Form D plus the PPM to be one document...which is reasonable since they are submitted together. I'll have to call to make sure since I seem to be the only one here with some prior experience with these kinds of documents... PCM GO PABN!!!
