I would not mind challenging the MDA thread, but they don't just trade spoos so it would be an unfair advantage to us. You could do that if you gave everyone an equal dollar amount and let them trade whatever they wanted.

Heck if you really wanted to do that you should setup accounts on auditrack and then go for it.........

That would be interesting.

LOL ---

Trouble is with summer coming....we will all be in and out with summer time obligations...except you folks in Texas...You've got to stay inside all day or crack like the dry earth. <<smile>

This ol bean man has NEVER been too hot ...... been too cold lotsa times ....
anything under 60/F is way too cool.

Three months ago I bought an old heavy duty 3/4 ton Chevy pickup to do some hauling/trailering/farm type work .....
that baby will haul a couple of yards of gravel in the bed and you never feel the weight ....
anyway, one of my neighbors got in the truck with me middle of last week to go with me to the rock yard (he picked out some bigger rocks to landscape with).... after we'd gone several blocks, he asked if the AC worked .... heck, I had NO idea ... had never turned it on ...

First new car I bought ... 63 SS Chevy-- I ordered no AC --- Marilyn said she should have left me then and there because that confirmed that I was crazy ....... he he he he

Heat isn't going to bother me but the heat from ya'll making fun of my bad trades might make me sweat some ........ ggggggg

Bring on the contest .....

Chip,

>>>> Play it seperate...take the losers and the winners out of each six an and add it up after a few weeks...course I wouldn't want to embarrass them >>chuckle <<<<

Interesting concept, but why not make it very difficult and where eveyone can follow and understand and appreciate. Not everyone can afford to play futures in light of margin requirements so many dont
fully understand. Why not do something where the smallest guy can appreciate. There are alot of more out there that love to see a small amount turn into a large amount rather than playing with larger amounts.

Frankly and not to be insulting, but Im a grass roots type of character from the 60's (ggggggggg), and I feel that only a few will appreciate playing futures since many feel it is a game for the rich in light of the significant margin requirements. Play something that the majority of the SI readership can appreciate, such as stocks, stock options, Index options, etc.

Also, instead of playing with a huge sum, why not make it as difficult as possible and say we play with only $2500 limit, with no restrictions. If that is too difficult then lets say $5000 to at least give more than 1 chance. I prefer the smaller amount since its
tougher. If you can think of anyway to make it tougher, Im all ears.
Lets make it so theres no room for error.

In light of the good spirit and just quoting you: "of course I wouldnt want to embarrass you guys." ggggggggggggg
