if the company is having a private placement of stock doesn't that tell you something about the company. It sure does. Giving away stock at $.01 per share to the tune of 100M shares says to me that they are not throwing off much cash. Makes me think that those rumoured deep pocket backers are getting more than their pound of flesh in return for their backing. Just who are the two individuals that were so honoured with the opportunity to get 2000% return on their money in 3 weeks time. The value of that private placement has soared to yield a paper profit greater than the market cap of the company at the time of the offering. Now we have talk of franchising, which further makes me think that cash flow here is not what they have represented either. They sure are giving away a lot if their business plan is so sure fire.

I have to agree with you Fred-Beaches, this fellow has quite a lonely life, bashing a company just for the "story", posting only the negative to attain his mob like goals. On the other hand, I am still awaiting an apology from this jhild character, for accusing me of falsifying data. The sample posts that it has displayed clearly state it was his logon that was used. Could there be more than one of them? Maybe one of his personalities posted that trash, then the other one was unaware when their shift started. It is quite sad that credibility is so hard to find with this character. Awaiting an apology from jhild. SF
