Please, don't put words in my mouth and surround them with quotes as if that is what I said. Jury nullification is problematic in it's current form because the juries are constrained to such limited choices. The jury system was put into the consitution precisely to prevent the tyranny of the majority. That check & balance has been greatly reduced over the 200 years and so the effects are distorted.
