I wasn't quoting you, I said if you are saying "the law's an ass", quoting the saying. And you are sidestepping my point. Jury nullification is abhorrent. Juries shouldn't have "choices", they should follow the law. Again, if you don't like the law, work to see it changed through the appropriate legal channels. Jury nullification is little more than anarchy. I frankly wouldn't want my future decided by a dumbed down, "profiled" group of idiots who believe it is their right to ignore evidence and statutes for political reasons.
