It all stems from the original post from you on this subject, in which the post you quoted from RB discusses the public company. The references to "free and clear title" by you were based on this post and this comment regarding the public company: I think you better sit down and think about this before you plant your foot any deeper... the poster wrote... it was brought to my attention that this was the first time John has brought a company public but, ummmm, how's John supposed to bring a company public if it's already public? Which is why I responded to barbara with this #reply-10291617 hint....(recall, there were two companies... one public which was incorporated in Delaware and one private which was incorporated in Nevada). And, well, last I looked it took two companies to affect a merger.
