Hi Slotman, something I forgot to mention (thanks to AAD for reminding me!):

PABN will be a sponsor of Hampton's Cup Tennis Tournament in NY just before the US Open Championships. PABN will be advertising their internet business.

Also (from my notes):

Regarding I-T -- The Universal Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) should be ready before the end of the year (maybe a lot sooner). This document, when approved, qualifies a company to offer franchises in 34 states. The approved UFOC is then sent to the remaining states which review it and notify the company of what additional information is required to meet their standards for franchising.

I-T has submitted applications to every state for approval to open offices, as states are approved the information will be updated on the I-T web site.

The Gold Country has an I-T affiliate office in Seattle (and two others in other locations). This is a daytrading office operating under Gold Country, but not part of I-T. The company will allow those who have signed up for I-T to day trade in any other I-T office or affiliate office anywhere in the country. So, the company will operate company-owned I-T offices, such as Garden City and Boca, it will have Franchise offices, and it will have affiliate offices. IMHO this stragety will give the company the ability to grow very fast once the ball gets rolling, and produce significant income with a minimum of capital expenditure. I think it is a pretty smart plan.

I-T is committed to helping those who sign up be as successful as possible. Training and help will be available online during trading hours, as well as in-person training sessions at I-T offices. Typical demographics for the target market is 27 year old male with $100,000 available to play the market. The company will notify anyone who has lost 20% of their initial deposit and make them sign that they have been notified. The idea is that losing 20% is a sign that they don't have what it takes to daytrade, so it is time to get more training or reconsider the decision to do this.

Regarding the Thrift: The customers of the thrift are not the other divisions of PABN. The application process is a long and arduous one, but it is under way. The company knows what is required to form a Thrift and expects to meet all requirements and eventually get approved. Not all the requirements will be met by the company itself. The company has a joint venture partner, FirstStates, which will contribute to meeting the requirements (as one would expect).

hope this helps
