CHRZ Still in the top of the first inning though.... I notice Confirmatory Analysis contains many of it's peers.

CHRZ was dropped from the database because the consensus of analysts eps for next 5 years was lowered to below our 25% threshold. Not a big deal for someone already owning the stock, but we like to concentrate on 25+% growth.

Hi Bill, This is the second time in as many weeks that the "exclusive" nature of SI has been brought up. Saul in Colorado said he'd love to participate but doesn't feel the rest of SI offers enough to him for a membership.

I wrote him of our "migration" to SI from Prodigy in '97 after *P messed up their Bulletin Boards by first charging everyone for on line time and then, after the fact, bringing out an off-line read/write software package. Actually the software was great, but the problem was that there wasn't anyone home by the time it came out. Many moved here to SI at that time and it was FREE!!!

It wasn't but about 6 months after our move that SI started its fee for service policy. I just have the feeling that about the time we'd all decide to move to YaHoo! the same thing would happen again! I have spent very little time on the YaHoo! BBs and really don't know how to get around. I did post once there and immediately had a fantastic increase in the amount of junk mail I received! It may have been coincidence, but I'm very careful now.

Is there any desire to make a shift again to yet another location? Does anyone know the current rate for SI's Lifetime Membership? I get lots of private email either from my AIM site or ?word of mouth? that seems to originate from "read-only" followers here on SI. It took some "recovery time" when we moved from *P, so I'm not anxious to upset our regulars again. Over the last couple of years, I think the AIMers here have gained a fair amount of respect as investment managers. I'd venture to say we've brought in a reasonable number of "converts" from the nearly 8000 posts here as well. However, if it's time to move on, then we should give it a try.

I'd love to hear opinions from as many as possible.

Best regards, Tom
