Well there you are not paying attention again in class, Spinmiester. It looks to me like John said they would indeed be pro forma covering the period from July of 1998 to end of June 1999. You can bet there will be no discussion of who owns how many shares.

Looks like a summer remedial reading program for you, Spinny.

OK, I only tuned in to the Conference near the end. What is the "Registration," is that a formal filing of financials? That's my concern, of course. Was there a schedule committment on that? I thought that the "pro forma" was in lieu of the formal filing. The SEC is recommending filing at least 60 days prior to the "deadline" in order to allow for their comments. And of course, face it, we have been hearing "end of June" for the filing for quite a while now.
