John mentioned a filing at the beginning of the meeting that was to take place in the next couple of weeks (can't remember if he said 2 or not). That will probably be posted on the website along with the list of other questions and answers ASAP (Bill B said in 1 day).

Financials will be posted early nest week.

"OK, I only tuned in to the Conference near the end."

Howard I'm glad you were able to join, albeit late. The registration is a full registration (SB1 and SB2 are examples). I asked John if it would be an SB2 and he responded that they have not yet decided which form to use. SB2 is one type of filing that can be done in lieu of a Form 10 to qualify to stay on the OTCBB. The time frame was within a few weeks as I recall (I was so excited by the fact they plan a registration, I did not concentrate on the exact time frame terms he used...I think he said NEXT WEEK...in any case the transcript will be up later today so we can find out for sure).

A pro forma is a projection. The financials are going to be preliminary (similar to the quarterly financials reporting companies submit, but it will cover the entire year of operations, which is why they need a couple of more days to finish THROUGH TOMORROW, which is the end of the month (sorry to yell -- not directed at you, but some reading this have difficulty with comprehension).

There will also be pro forma projections (this from the meeting with Ray Gamble last week).

"The SEC is recommending filing at least 60 days prior to the "deadline" in order to allow for their comments."

PABN's "deadline" is March 2000. I think they will be way ahead of the deadline.

hope this helps
