I believe that they are holding off on a formal audit to gain a good base for exposure to the investment community.

As opposed to evading having to list who the principal shareholders are, how many shares are outstanding, how many options are given to key employees, what capital transactions such as convertible debentures, acquisition costs, etc.

These are all very real concerns that they continue to be evasive about.

Your comparison to MSFT is silly, because MSFT went from a privately held corp to full listing and reporting. MSFT filed full disclosure when they issued shares to the public market. PABN/PRWT has been trading their shares in te public market and are still evading such disclosure now for a full year and counting.
