Bill did you or your firm make it's own survey of regional inflation. me feel is that the NE has CPI of around 2.5% to 3% now, see also #reply-10354150

My thoughts on Greenspam is to watch what he DOES, not what he says. I learned this last fall, when he said there were no surprise rate cuts coming. The rule I've been taught (and it worked last year) is that "one move means two more moves coming".
