I recieved the exact same response Then I went to Q's website were I did a search of dealers who carry the Thinphone in the St. Louis area. Answer was Thinphone is not available in your area. Rats Perry

Re: Sprint and the ThinPhone, I visited the Sprint Store in San Jose last week and spoke with the manager. He had just returned from a training meeting on the ThinPhone, and said the 860 will be available in July (I'm #1 on his waiting list), and the 1960 in November. I can't understand the response you got from Sprint, but they are a huge organization and the roll out plans may not have reached all the customer service reps yet. I suggest you try again, or visit your local Sprint Store. Frank btw, is your first name Geoffrey?
