Rajiv, Would appreciate if you could give me some sage sleuthing advice on this. WAVX got slammed in Barron's this weekend. Didn't know much about this company, but after reading the article, it appears that WAVX is another bloated 600 mill market cap pig that has intentions of ruling the E-Commerce transaction world ala CUSTurd. I'm amazed that I never heard of thie E-Commerce "player" before... how many more of these with 600 mill. valuations are there? Anyway, my question is in regards to the following statement in the Barron's article, "Shares issued in recent private placements have just been registered for sale and could hit the market shortly. " Rajiv, do you have any idea how/where I could find how many shares were issued in the private placement. Is that kind of stuff usually buried in SEC filings? or released as a PR maybe? The wording in most filings look greek to me so I'm not sure if I'd be able to recognize it even if I were to see it. Regards and happy 4th---- Not Howie

P.S. MCOM and STMP looking toppy to you?
