BLUE,

When you download a new version of your browser, it transfers all your previous settings to your new browser. I would bet anything you have something set that is making this happen.

I am a computer person, but I use Netscape and don't know much about your browser. If you can't figure it out, I will try to research it for you. But right now, I need to get back to work. (No holiday for me today -- we don't get the holiday if it falls on a weekend.)

Sorry, Blue. I had to step away for a bit. OK, Now go to Edit and open Internet Explorer Preferences. That in turn will bring you to a box (little window) showing various things. Look for Browser Display under Web Browser. There should be something called Page & Links. 2 colored boxes called "already viewed" and "not yet viewed." Those 2 boxes control the colors. Click on one and several ways to pick colors will be shown.
