"Damages are in the billions of dollars the street won't like that."

The jurors are more than eight-months away from assessing any damages, and the Street has factored this into the price. We may slip a few points due to inexperienced, panicked traders moving along with the herd. These are lemmings.

Remember, true selling follows the likes of McKesson, Starbucks, and Waste Management.

I stand strong with MO. My time frame for this company is ten-years.

Theo

It will be good for MO for buy back... MO will save millions in buy back and will deploy savings for defense against law suits

Merlo: 33 I would doubt..of course short 30 puts..I'd love it..not too sure how to play tomorrow..she may sell off at the beginning and then rise through the day, only to sell off in the afternoon...this bad news has a way of snowballing, despite what level heads are saying about subsequent litigation..I think the more difficult problem is when to accumulate...if one is doing an option play, we don't want to be dead money for too long while the clock is ticking..
