I haven't heard much about INTA lately. Anyone know when their earnings are due? I also wonder what is going on with Airtouch/Vodaphone. If you see below, Airtouch/Vodaphone are buying out CommNet. POssibly a chance for INTA to serve a larger company?
Would love to hear any comments on what is going on with INTA. Thanks in advance.

Vodafone Airtouch buys CommNet for $764 mln

LONDON, July 19 (Reuters) - Vodafone Airtouch Plc, the world's biggest cellphone group, said on
Monday it had agreed to acquire CommNet Cellular Inc, owned by a private equity fund of the
Blackstone Group, for $764 million.

The acquisition also includes debt expected to be around $600 million. Under the terms of the deal
shareholders of CommNet will receive $31 per share in cash, plus eight percent annual interest from
July 18 until the deal closes.

The Blackstone group is a private investment bank in New York.
