Dennis,

Hi there.

Frankly.....we don't know anything until Barrons is released and we discern if this a bonafide rumor that becomes a fact, or a rumor that's destined to stay one.

I haven't seen Barrons this weekend yet...(as you know I live on the East Coast....), but it's usually released on Friday, or at least CNBC talks about the "Barrons" headlines on Friday.

So ..... if someone sees Barrons over the weekend, kindly post if there is any article on NITE....

If not....let's get on with business and leave all these hogwash rumors to those willing to sell their stock to greedy rumor manipulation (including Cramer's boys....).

If so, they we'll analyze it and deal with it. If it's justified criticism, so be it.

Regards,

Steve.

hi Dennis, hope you're doing fine

Jim Cramer at TheStreet.com says that Barrons will be running a very negative article on NITE this weekend.

Wouldn't surprise me. Let's see, Barron's been a bear for the last forty years? Imagine them running another bearish article.

Most pathetic piece of journalism I've ever seen, save thestreet,pos.com

But I felt the same way someone posted here earlier about someone just dumping into rallys. I got sucked in again at the other day that I ended up dumping today. Go figure, I won't try swimming against the current.

Market manipulation at its best. Definite bear trap. Same thing happened to drkoop.com on a friday (sell signals everywhere); aol announcement came monday. MM is easy in this nervous market and is everywhere, preying on the Wall Street herd which acts reflexively. Fundamentals still rule; TA is useful but only a view of the past. They do not always support each other for the above mentioned reasons.

Could explain things of late. I sold 4 days ago for a small loss. It looked like it wanted to go higher, but someone was selling into the strength. Now we know why.

I disagree. I think this is a trap before NITE breaks through $64. Here's why:

* The stock is still in a series of higher lows and higher highs. The last rally took the stock up to $60. We passed that when we hit $64. The last sell off took the stock down to $49. If the stock can turn around before $49 (probably around $55), we will have made confirmed the uptrend because the bears are getting weaker.

* The On Balance Volume is still at a new high despite the fact the stock is 27% off its high. Friday's volume was not as strong as last Thursday's Volume when the stock hit $60.

* The 20 Day moving Average, the best predictor of short term movements, is still below the stock price. In other words, the stock probably will find support at that average (around $55) and bounce off it to move up.

I've traded NITE before, back in March and April, and I know how it trades well. It always makes a strong move to shake out weak hands before the big upmove. For reference see, late March's dip to $24 (post split) before the double, and late April's dip to $35, before the double.

Conservatively Yours,
Raymond J. Norris
