These individuals have been discussed on the Yahoo thread and are not significant players in the company. It would be a mistake to use these as supportive data for a short sale, IMO. If you are seriously interested, PM Dan and he will most likely be kind enough to give you the appropriate links.

Why sell if the company is going to be doing so great and more to the point, if some of the claims of 10 to 20x increase in revenue are in the offing why not buy?

Your point is a good one. I will tell you this, the only name on that list that I recognize as a key player is Hemelt, and he is the current CFO. He by the way is the buyer on two occasions.

That would appear to be consistent with the gist of your question.
