Hi John --

have you ever tried Echinacea and Golden Seal?

Nope, tell me about them .....

The list of things I'm allergic to is not really long ... ie -- no foods, no dyes, no normal substances, not to insect stings, not to rash causing plants (poison ivy, etc) ...
matter of fact, the only time I was bitten by a snake, I had no reaction to speak of .. just minor swelling, but the snake wasn't caught, and it is possible it wasn't the deadly kind ...

I have been allergic to antibiotics for most of my adult life ...
this little sojurn with the meds is the first time that the doc has tried antibiotocs in the last 20+ years ...

I can take asprin, Tylenol, Bufferin, etc ..
but no sulfa ....
I can take herbal enemas, but catching this ol fat man to implement one will wear out the administrator of that particular remedy ..
when necessary, I can run ...... ggggg

I developed an allergy to alcohol about ten years ago so the cough medicines I used to use are off limits ..
I can't take Robitussiun alcohol free syrup (sp) more than 2 days, but it does work ...

So, the list of known allergies is pretty small ...
antibiotics, alcohol and work ..... and I have an intolerance for milk, but not allergic to it ..

Hell, whiskey used to work REAL WELL .... hehehehehehe
now I gargle salt water .....

so tell me about your magic 2 ....., please
