Nite all. Move that we table the Secondary Stock Matter til dust settles and move on to 1) Rumored 7/14 all hands meeting, 2) SAWS earnings report, 3)Other random fireworks, 4) possible Sony plant/JV/customer acquition. Offering is a done deal and hopefully great things will result.

Noting that volume today seems very low...right now we're at 147 1/2 up 3 1/8 but not even 1MM shares have traded (12:28 EST). Thoughts on reasons and possible meanings?
