Ok, Now this is rich. After twenty minutes on hold, a woman gets on the phone to tell me there are no problems with the website, and there is not error message with a red "!" and that since there are no reports of the website having difficulties, they cannot give me the online rate to place a trade with a live broker, because, ostensibly, I can get on their online site and place my own !@#$ trade! And I quit smoking three weeks ago for this??
