I waited on Schwab five minutes at least, trying to access my account just now (10 am). Never ,made it to the overview.
As a side note, I noticed the entry page for DATEK (www.datek.com) was rendered in about 15 seconds.

Schwab is good for a buy and hold strategy. Trouble is, one isn't allowed in to buy. Greg
