The CNN coverage of the Brooke Shields film may be responsible for a significant part of the last days' volume and price action. Some First Miracle followers might see the upward price movement as a unique event. Usually good news is accompanied by further price erosion. Of course, its still early.

I spoke to investor relations recently. My understanding or interpretation...

Company may wish to focus on films similar to Brooke Shield's film. Broad general appeal, recognized stars, low budget.

Van Damme's shares reportedly did not add to the outstanding shares. The shares received were already outstanding.

Benefit to Long Road Films (Van Damme) of affiliation with First Miracle is gain of production capability.

The audited financial statements for the company were reportedly completed. Next step is a filing with the SEC. Details unknown.

Reportedly no imminent plans for a reverse split. No certainty that one will occur. (No certainty that one will not occur.) Large number of outstanding shares will need to be addressed at some unspecified time.

The company is reportedly able to finance current activities by international pre-sales and some revenue from existing projects (eg., Grizzly Mountain). New management is presumed to have different philosophy about financing company ventures. Incoming revenue helps.

Company would like to find better support for shares. At present, no long term or institutional support. Leads to climate of multiple short term day trades, high volume, little price action.

Speedway Junky still being shopped. Limited theatrical release being considered.

Lima, Breaking the Silence. Status unclear. May be off the table.

Convertible debenture? Unknown.
