I will stick to my earlier post that I do not believe a reverse split is imminent. To revisit, a reverse split would drive this stock through the floor. Since compensation for the officers of this company is probably stock heavy and we are not at a price where an RS would greatly increase shareholder value, I do not believe we will see one in the NEAR future (long term is up for grabs). I am of the OPINION that we probably stand at approximately 150 mil shares outstanding. I also believe the float is actually contracting and not expanding. To hear that PR is saying Van Damme's shares were already in the float only strengthens my belief that this is the case. Management would be crazy not to be buying some shares for the future at these prices. As far as financing goes, Mr. Hadid (our Vice-Chairman) has deep pockets. Based on the cash flows we have witnessed, I would think the only compensation that the board receives is in stock. Low stock value = low rate of return to the board. One last note, does anyone remember Van Damme's comment -'Added Van Damme: "I am delighted to have this opportunity to work in tandem with First Miracle's team and in particular with Tony, who I believe is building the studio of the future, a company that can provide an infrastructure to support the technology explosion happening all around us." Anyone wonder what the h... he meant by that? I do not think it is a coincidence that Mr. Hadid and Mr. Cataldo were just named officers of Entertainment Internet (OTC BB:EINI). Just some more info to chew on.
