PYNG Needs a "Confidence Builder" Public Commitment from M. Jacob's

Dear Mr. Jacob's,

I am pleased to see that you are at last posting again to this forum. I think
you can see from the posts of staunch PYNG supporters like Bernard and
GWD just how much they yearn for the "good old days" when the vast bulk
of the SI forum was solidly behind PYNG management.

Those days could be here again in the blink of an eye if you would only
make a solid public commitment as was suggested in my recent
communique to you:

Post # 4122 [ in part ]

" So Mr. Jacob's, are you now prepared to make the commitment to PYNG
shareholders to sell 30,000 FAST-1 units in the next fiscal year or resign in
the event that PYNG can not achieve this seemingly modest objective? "

Surely PYNG expects some minimum sales level to be achieved before
September 30, 2000 [ over 14 months from now ]. If you feel that 1.2% of
that annual $ 250,000,000 market is just to hard to attain then why not say
so and commit to a smaller number more in keeping with PYNG's
capabilities?

Your supporters are anxious for a simple straight forward commitment on
sales. Now is the time to deliver. I [ and they ] look forward to your reply.

Best regards,

LOR

P.S.- By all means, please do tell whatever regulatory bodies etc. of your
"commitment" prior to posting so that the issue of "insider information"
etc. can be defused.... That should take no more then 24 hours !!

Please do, but I think a great deal of the anger posted here is that when your releases prove to be inaccurate or include projections which are not realized, PYNG has yet, to my knowledge, issued a PR to explain or clarify the items in question. We'd like those PR's too.

I Thought the FAST-1 Didn't have any Meaningful Competition ???

So I'm wondering [ as are many others ] just who you will be retaining your "competitive advantage" against?

Quote from most recent PYNG PR:

"For reasons of retaining competitive advantage, Pyng will not at this time be releasing details of these new improvements.They will be made public at the beginning of the product launch marketing campaign."

Oh, and if it is not to much trouble, do you have any idea of when the "product launch marketing campaign" will begin? By this I mean a "date range" ....[ like between July 23,1999 and July 24,1999 would be nice ]

A little advance warning of the target range will allow folks to stock up on the balloons and noise makers .... and maybe limber up all those stiff muscles they have gotten standing around waiting for the show to begin. Just a thought.

SO, WHERE <<IS>> THE NEWS MR. JACOBS ?????

On July 15'th you advised this august forum that PYNG would "update all progress" through news releases and that you would continue to post to this forum when you deem it "appropriate". Well, it is almost August and it would seem from the lack of any meaningful PR's from PYNG that "mass production" is still miles and miles away. Perhaps a short note to the faithful from you might help discount the brash suggestion [ posted below ] that PYNG is over a year away from "mass production". Of course, if HOTSHOT1 is correct in his statement perhaps the best thing you can do is to continue to remain SILENT.

Best regards,

LOR [ HARD CORE on truth and with NO apologies !!! ]

Sales will materialize next year, but not in the quantity the optimists are expecting. Mass production will certainly not be required in 2000. By 2001-2002? Maybe.

Dear Grant, Jul 9, 1999

I never stated that I would not post to this forum again, David is entitled to to what he wishes, I will post as I deem it appropriate and to update all on progress through news releases, as is the standard practice for the vast majority of public companies.

Mr. Jacobs:

I found several errors/glitches in the news archive section of the Pyng
Web site:

pyng.com

Problem #1:

Several Press releases have broken links.
Namely:

Oct 22, 1998 Pyng Technologies Private Placement Closes
pyng.com

Oct 28, 1998 Pyng Announces Great Response for the F.A.S.T.1TM Adult Intraosseous
pyng.com

Mar 8, 1998 Message to shareholders re corporate reports and share registration
pyng.com

June 15, 1998 Approval Received in New York and Missouri
pyng.com

Apr 22, 1998 Pyng Technologies: Report - 7th International Conference of Emergency Medicine
pyng.com

Problem #2:

There appears to be missing some news releases if you compare
it to the filings of news releases on Sedar:
sedar.com

I hope that your team will be able to correct the problem.

Thanks

Stang

Dear Mr. Jacobs,

Since Pyng is in a compensating mood, I have a very reasonable proposal for you. Why not compensate a loyal and dedicated shareholder who's been with the company for the last 3 years?

I am willing to proceed with a private placement with the company.

75,000 Units at 1,35$. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one warrant, each warrant entitling me to purchase one additional common share at 1,80$ (just over the required 130%) for a period of 18 months from the date of placement.

I'll take care of all the necessary approvals and exemption orders. Since I am a Quebec resident and the placement is for an amount exceeding 97,000 $ I will be considered as an informed investor and will therefore be able to apply for an exemption order under the QSA. I'll also take care of all the necessary VSE filings in order to get their approval.

The company agrees however to pay the few hundred required to get the exemption order and the necessary fees to register the shares on the VSE.

Can't get a better offer than that can you?

AK

A selection process corresponding with our quality assurance procedure has been initiated to identify and qualify companies for development of production tooling and design as well as actual production in injection molded parts.

Here is a short but very effective list comprised of companies producing and distributing medical products. They are followed by their 6 month sales figures ($million)

Johnson & Johnson (oh well, it could of been) = 13 492$
Baxter international (a way of indirectly eliminating a competitor) = 3 478$
Medtronic = 2 157.9$
Becton, Dickinson = 1 747$
Owens & Minor = 1 513.4$
Boston scientific = 1 434$
Guidant = 1 193.6$
Stryker = 1 045.7$
Bausch & lomb = 843.2$
St Jude Medical = 557.4$
Sybron = 552.1$
Bard = 506.3$
