KIMBERLY THE FOLLOWING Statement shows that they indeed DID mislead and were forced to back peddle

The Microsoft agreement ''was not a little Mickey Mouse transaction, nor was it a whale,'' said Brock, adding that the release ''was not intended to infer that Microsoft was going to do a master contract with us or something.''

The key word here " was "

IN ADDITION THIS AGREEMENT is two weeks old! to boot!

BTW her is the interview in its entirety:

I agree with you that the company has misled a lot of people--intentionally or unintentionally--through its press release before the market today. I really think SEC has to tighten its rules to require the company to include all material facts and make it clear enough for a layman to understand the technical mumbo jumbo. I mean not including the financial terms of the contract is inexcusable. I certainly did not get a good impression of any company which does this sort of thing.

Kimberly, please substantiate this statement you made:

"A reputable and responsible company does not omit material disclosure in press releases in order to lure in naive investors so insiders can dump shares"

You seem to imply insiders sold today. Please clarify exactly what you mean by this statement and your evidence for the implication that insiders are selling today.

If your statement was just a shot in the dark, say so and all is forgiven. But if it is an allegation, then I must identify the insider selling and bring the matter to proper attention.

A reputable and responsible company does not omit material disclosure in press releases in order to lure in naive investors so insiders can dump shares. The entire so called alliance with MSFT is worth only 75,000, and FSTW purposefully omitted it.

Kimberly, Roger is a lot more understanding than I am in this allegation. This statement is a thoughtless accusation and implies illegal activity. I hope you will think twice before ever again making such a statement.
