I didn't check on your numbers from the post, but remember that the volume includes both the sells and the buys. Meaning if 20,000,000 volume ... then 10,000,000 sold and bought. Also ... there may have been new shares issued that day which may or may not be part of the float. So while it is surprising that the volume would exceed the float on a given day, it is certainly not out of the question.

Robert I don't know where your getting 20 million shares trading on july 7. I only see about 200k traded on july 7 according to the quick and reilly chart.

I believe that may have been the day that all the BB stock volumes were screwed up.
