The reason they are disregarding questions about the franchise situation is because they are required to do so by law. Otherwise they could be accused of advertising or soliciting for franchises before they are legally allowed to do so. They are acting prudently in this regard. The bashers want them to break the law, why I can't imagine, but at least they are consistent in their desire to encourage the destruction of the company. That, or they are consistent in their ignorance of what is involved in starting a franchise operation. Or both. As for not allowing discussion of the financials. Unfortunate, I agree. But there is something to be said for wanting to stay on topic, which as they announced a month ago, the topic for today's meeting is I-T. I agree with you that the financials need to be discussed. I wish they'd set aside a short period of time for some discussion of that. If we only ask questions about the financials, and don't ask about I-T they might get the message. As for the meeting being moderated. Everyone who participated in the "free-for-all" of last month's meeting requested this one be moderated. Again the bashers want the meeting to be as disorganized as possible. The rest of us want it to be informative and useful. They bashed the last meeting because it was disorganized, now they are bashing the company for making this meeting organized. Their motive is clear. They oppose anything and everything from the company, even contradicting themselves to do it. SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC SEC PCM GO PABN!!!
