Do you think the rescue and recovery efforts would be any less if the plane had carried Doro Bush or Julie Nixon or Amy Carter? Do you think if Bob Dole was President the efforts would be any less? I'm amazed at the heartfelt venom being showcased on this thread, the pleasure being taken in someone else's death. Perhaps the only good thing to come out of this sad event is that your public displays allow us to see you for what you really are: bitter, hateful, small people.

I can make excuses for hauling a US Senator out to the ship via mil air. Sort of. But all the rest is pure BS and an unconscionable waste of tax money. When a commercial flight goes down (like Flt 800) there is a pressing public need to find the cause to prevent other accidents. But this is nothing but a waste of money. Go ahead and submit your suit -- maybe the two of us can join to make it a class action (pun intended). <g> jim
