you just have to be on record on the date of July 24th Thought it was the 10th ... ? No matter how good the news is about the 3 spin offs that BNEZ is doing, it is to late to purchase stock to get into those spin-offs If this is correct, then my thinking was all wrong. As they haven't been officially announced as done - with no statement yet as to the ownership record date - then I'm confused...
