Janice,

"What do you think about the resignation of HITT's accountants?"

I thought this was brought out before and had to do with the SCMI/HITTs merger. As I have always said I'd like to know whats going on as well. However since most of the PRs from HITTs seem to be pretty good I'll have to go along with HITTs in thinking the company is legitimate until proven otherwise. As I said prior I'm just a recipiant of stock from the old SCMI/HITTs merger and have nothing to do with HITTs other then being a stockholder. So far I like this company.
I think it has great growth potential.

Bob

re. <<Moore Stephens Lovelace, P.A. stated that its withdrawal as auditor of record for Hitsgalore.com, Inc. was due to the Company not meeting the "Firm's client acceptance criteria.">>

This reason doesn't look very reassuring to shareholders, but it isn't as personally critical of managaement as the reason given by the previous auditor who resigned.

It doesn't appear that Moore Stephens Lovelace withdrew their opinion on the SCMI financials, the way the other auditor did. Just that they won't lend their name to any future financials.

Here's the 8k filing:
