Looks like PWEB was delisted from the BB on Aug. 3 and is now trading at 3.

Not only did the co. not announce this promptly, they even issued a misleading newsrelease

suggesting that they would qualify for a nasdaq listing.

Nasdaq is obviously a big step up from BB, but PWEB didn't do that. They took a big step down in being delisted for not meeting the meager requirements of the BB.

Here's the news release Aug. 12 when the co. finally acknowledged the stock was delisted:

I suppose you couldn't expect much more from a co. run by a couple of little kids whose main claim to fame is some experience in woodworking.
