Last week we called investor relations and got the following info. The company has been acquiring stock and has reduced the float to 80 million shares. JCVD wanted to have more time for acting and less time running a production company, thats why he signed the partnership agreement between MVEE/Long Road. Everyone loves Cataldo! JCVD has been spreading the word about 1st Miracle to all his investment friends. (Why not get a good deal while the stock is down.JMHO) Now my questions to the board. 1. why should they make the filing date if they are acquiring stock at such a low price? 2. Since all the news seems to be going to come out at the same time,(IE. $,new releases, income from Universal Soldier, the possible sale U.S. of Speed Way Junkie ETC ETC.) Would it not make business sense to miss the date, drop the stock lower and buy back in the open market large blocks of MVEE. When the float has been lowered and the news comes out ..... BAMM... We have a high flyer that everyone wants at a small float , making the company very attractive to investors and other companies looking to purchase. And the stock price is lets say $10.00+ X 35 million shares. ALL COMMENTS WELCOME
