Bull,

what do you make of the NSS run? Could there be takeout talk driving that one. There's been no rest on the ride up.

Stocks lagging include LSS, MAVK and the seismic crowd. VTS volume starting to crank. Perhaps a breakout of congestion on the way? Worth a look IMO.

Was looking at michael's BJT, not far from the 52 week low. In the same field as OMNI, MIND and one of the really crippled - EGEO. Those are the real laggards; who knows when they will start to move.

Are you still in TESOF? Been acting very well lately.

OT regarding your comments on the bond repurchase. i wrote a response last night that got swallowed by the beta version. definitely looks like the Fed is working at cross-purposes to the Summers/Clinton agenda. Alan trying to slow down the asset value bullet train before it derails in a fiery crash, while the Dem political agenda trying to keep the shiny happy bubble intact.

It seems to me that the damage to the market may already be irreversible. Maybe the promise of more liquidity and less treasury debt will offer some short term support for bond prices but the dollar has already gone off the tracks and the funds playing the yen carry game must be in a real hurt. Rumor in the bond market today that one of the players is being forced to dump positions. Maybe the tip of the iceberg. Gold shorting also tied up in that derivatives position. I think there's going to be a blind-side here that takes the market down.

This instant reversal in the net stocks today doesn't convince me at all. That really wasn't a capitulation...maybe a mini-panic at best. The air come out of the most speculative stocks first with the safest big caps going last. FWIW I think we have a lot more trouble ahead. The CPI and PPI have been politically doctored as well IMO and the truth must out soon enough.

"Stocks I'd buy on pull backs are PDE, FLC, MAVK, LSS, and King Dog of the universe KEG. KEG turning down business with their debt. "

My only comment is Roll out the KEG... Of Course who would have thought that KEG would start to move?(VBG!)at $3)

My 2 cents....I'm margined except for those 2 cents mind you.
