Barbara,
New issued shares - I asked the same question when talking to Michael and here is his answer - "This time we'll go with an underwriter because they already have buyers for those shares".

Re: flood gates are opened and 16 million (?) shares hit the street.

If I recall the figure correctly, the 16 million share offering were supposed to go for around $2.35 a share.

Working on my first cup of coffee, and not in the mood to look up the exact figure.

OK Folks is the above correct, or am I still asleep?

not exactly something to kick one's heels up over and plan meals.

Perhaps not, but sipping a nice glass of 1976 Sp„tlesen from the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer is more my style anyway.

Perhaps you should instill your wisdom of FNTN to the buyers committed to purchase those 16 millions shares at over $2.

61 cents seems a fair price to pay at this time, considering the near term agenda.

DePeep,
Thanks, I read the dilution as 6 mill like C HORN did. I'm not that concerned it because I hope it will be controlled either through an APO or other means (like direct buyers). I'm hoping an APO would stir publicity and therefore start moving the stock price up. I still want to digest the last SB/2A filing. If I remember correctly, speculation was if there was a need to refile, a SEC response was expected within a few days. That makes the 14th or 15th a possibility but it's also cutting it real close. I still believe in FNTN and definitely the market they're after. I think once the filing is approved many will breathe much easier. Hopefully because PRs will follow. There's a lot of credibility at stake for the company over the next few weeks. I just hope all FNTN investors will have something to smile about either by the end of August or September. One thing seems consistent with this company and thread, concerns on this thread and doubts about FNTN are usually at their peak just before a positive run takes place. Let's hope that trend continues.
