Internet is pleased to announce that Mr. Mohamed Hadid is the new Chairman, and the current Board of Directors has unanimously approved Tony Cataldo as

Another issue, not directly addressed in the news release, is the issuance of new shares by EINI to MVEE shareholders. I assume, pending further clarification, that this amounts to around a 50 percent dilution of EINI stock.
