Can you give us a timeline on a realistic installation schedule? Or a timeline that you make "you" feel confident of success?

This sounds like the death by a thousand cuts scene.Company A can't pay company B.Finally company B can't pay company C and the death spiral begins.

I don't know what critical mass it would take for the death by a thousand cuts scene to take hold but look at these figures.
